Things to Remember for Your Exam
- Try to come to your exam a few minutes early to complete some paperwork, if you are unable to download or submit the patient forms online.
- If you currently wear glasses or contact lenses, bring them with you to the exam.
- If you have vision insurance, please bring your insurance card.
- Eye drops may be used to dilate your pupils to enable a thorough examination of your eyes.
Eye Exam
Our eye exams utilize the most advanced eye equipment to ensure that your prescription is measured quickly and accurately. We check for all major eye diseases such as cataracts, dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and other eye conditions. You can trust your vision and eye health to our board certified optometrists.
Light Sensitivity
Because we need to dialate your pupils during your examination, your eyes will be sensitive to light for a few hours afterwards. For some patients, reading vision will be blurred for a few hours after the dilating drops are applied.
